REBRAND

In early 2017 we began a brand refresh at delivery.com for our website and app suite. While conducting an audit of our site we discovered inconstancies in color, imagery, fonts, styles, and the overall brand. We sought to create clarity, confidence, and personality within our products. We reimagined a way for users to see who delivers from their neighborhood with local discoveries right at their fingertips. Our brand refresh and new site layouts have increased conversions, encouraged extended discovery, heightened brand awareness, and improved customer retention. Through 2019 we have continued to evolve the brand story and strengthen our user connection.
