In 2016 we set out on a mission to grow our user bases in Boston and Chicago, markets we had only recently entered. Food delivery was not a foreign concept during this time, but it was found to be a luxury outside of many peoples’ budgets. Our goal for this integrated campaign was to challenge user assumption by demonstrating the accessibility and affordability, along with informing users of our multi-vertical delivery options. It was important for us to boost brand awareness of our Food, Alcohol, Laundry, and Grocery divisions. The concept evolved into “There is more to delivery than you think,” showcasing delivery options visually surrounded by one delivery bag. The campaign was featured across multiple transit stations and train lines in both Boston & Chicago during the winter months.
